About The Continuity HQ
Customer service first. Relationship-driven resilience.
The Continuity HQ was founded by Aaron Solinger, an IT and resilience professional with over 25 years of experience in technology, security, and disaster recovery.
We help organizations prepare for uncertainty with clarity, confidence, and calm. We specialize in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and operational resilience—delivering practical, well-structured programs that protect critical operations, reduce downtime, and support long-term stability.
We are a customer service–first consulting firm. That means relationships come before deliverables, and understanding your organization comes before recommending solutions. We take the time to learn how your business operates, what matters most to your teams, and where real risks exist—so the plans we build are realistic, usable, and effective when they are needed most.
Our approach combines technical depth with business awareness. From executive leadership to IT and operational teams, we work collaboratively to create continuity and recovery strategies that are clearly documented, thoroughly tested, and easy to maintain.
What we stand for
- Trust and long-term partnership
- Clear communication and accountability
- Practical, executable plans—not templates
- Preparation that supports people, processes, and technology
Founder’s Story
Aaron began his IT career in the late 1990s, working hands-on in film, television, and commercial production environments where reliability was mission-critical—downtime and data loss were simply not acceptable.
Starting at the ground level—building and manufacturing cables by hand, assembling systems, and designing early production networks—Aaron developed a deep understanding of technology from the physical layer through enterprise systems. Over time, this foundation evolved into advanced expertise in network engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure design, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
This end-to-end experience uniquely positions The Continuity HQ to understand what organizations truly need from A to Z when preparing for disruptions.
